John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE: JWa and JWb) announced today a new licensing agreement with Meredith Corporation (NYSE: MDP), under which Wiley will become the exclusive global book publisher for Meredith’s Better Homes and Gardens brand. Effective March 1, 2009, the new partnership between Wiley and Meredith will also encompass books published under other Meredith brands, such as Family Circle, American Patchwork and Quilting, and Diabetic Living.
